About Photographer - Andres Hernandez
Was born in Medellin, Colombia August 6 1977. The earlier years of
his life were spent growing up in Copacabana, Colombia where he
took an early interest in the visual arts.
At the age six Andres took his first painting class where he began
exhibiting his natural gifts as an artist. His curiosity for photography
enveloped in his childhood home beginning with a fascination for his
father’s camera. Intrigued by the camera, Andres as a young boy
used to sneak out his fathers camera to explore the medium and
take pictures of the outside world.
Andres devotion for photography continued to further in to college,
where he graduated top of his class at the Art Institute of Medellin
with a BA in Advertising. Upon completion of his degree in the arts,
Andres took a new turn in his life and moved to the United States
where he began his career working as a Graphic Web Designer.
Working between Washington DC and Miami Andres began
developing an excellent reputation for not only his outstanding photo
retouching and design skills but also more widely for his personal
style and talents as a photographer.
Today Andres resides in Miami and continuous to pursue his dreams
as he becomes steadily more recognized as one of the most rapidly
growing leaders in Commercial and Fashion Photography in Miami.
His Photography has been featured in art exhibitions, billboards, and
magazines in US, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
